  • How do I book an appointment?

Directly from the profile of the practitioner you wish to see: each one carries its own booking link. Every practitioner manages their diary independently, so there is no shared practice-wide diary.

  • How do I cancel or move an appointment?

Through the same booking link you used to make the appointment, or by contacting the practitioner directly. Let them know as early as you can: it frees the slot for someone else.

  • Do I need a medical prescription for physiotherapy?

Yes. In Belgium, physiotherapy sessions must be prescribed by a doctor — your GP or a specialist. Bring the prescription to your first session: it determines whether your health fund reimburses you.

  • Are the practitioners INAMI-contracted?

It depends on each practitioner. The status is shown on their profile, in the “Practitioners” section. If it is not listed there, ask them directly before your first appointment.

  • Which payment methods are accepted?

They are listed on each practitioner’s profile — most often QR code and bank transfer. As with contracted status, this can vary from one practitioner to another.

  • Is the practice wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Access is step-free and a lift serves the practice.
