Data collected through this site
The contact form collects only: your name, your email address, your phone number if you provide it, the reason for your request and your message.
This data is used solely to handle your request. It is neither sold nor passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal basis and retention
Processing is based on your consent, given via the checkbox on the form. Messages are kept for a maximum of twelve months, then deleted.
Your medical record is subject to a separate legal obligation: Belgian law requires it to be kept for thirty years from the last contact.
Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to the content management area is password-protected and limited to people at the practice.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and performs no advertising tracking. If analytics are enabled, they use a privacy-respecting solution, without cookies and without identifiable personal data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. Write to cabinetrosierschurchill@gmail.com: we reply within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.
